Water Wednesday
Last year, I was doing research on motivation. One of the suggested tips on staying motivated was to drink more water.
Hmmmm, I thought that was an odd one, but, I decided to try it.
The article mentioned that dehydration can result in fatigue and mental fogginess, which doesn’t help your motivation.
So , I decided to incorporate another routine…I prepared a huge pitcher of ice water and placed it on a colored tray in the my kitchen.
I’m going to try to do this every Wednesday to see if it will really help to motivate me.
Either way, I can’t loose.
I’ll at least be hydrated…even if I’m not motivated.
